Thank you for visiting the site of the Lakeshore Cougars for season number three. The Cougar organization is very proud to announce that they will joining The Great Midwest Football League Family for the 2012 season. The Lakeshore Cougars is a minor league football team currently based in Grand Haven, Michigan. The Cougars believe in clean, aggressive, and highly competitive football. The team strives to represent itself as a professional organization built with hard work and dedication.

The Cougar Mission Statement is this:
The goal of this organization is to give athletes the chance to showcase their talents and earn an opportunity to play at the next level-whether that is college or professionally. We will hold a 55 man roster, athletes who make the cut are not compensated and therefore retain their college eligibility. Not only is this a great arena for players to refine their skills for the next level, but also a means for football enthusiasts to continue to participate in full contact football after their high school, college, or pro career has come to a close.
The Lakeshore Cougars Organization is a ministry of Vaniah Ministries Church of Acts Inc. which is a registered 501c(3) non-profit corporation. We are currently seeking sponsors for our 2011 season to assist us in providing the lakeshore community the opportunity to participate in one of many organized sports in the the area.
